Why is American facing such a population explosion when we have so many resources to assist and educate parents on family planning? This is a situation I’d expect to see in an impoverished country;not in a nation where simple forms of birth control are either low cost or free in every state.(and no, I dont meant abortion) Why don’t people use protection and stop having 4,5 and 6 kids that they can’t take care of?
