Do most religions still teach ‘Spare the rod, spoil the child’ when it comes to discipline? Or have most Christians become ‘kinder and gentler’ in that regard? What about other religions (Jewish, Muslim, Mormon, Buddhist, Hindu, Pagan, etc.)? What effects do you think this has had on the state of today’s youth?
