Steve-WParticipantIs it possible for a transsexual to achieve orgasm with a medically constructed vagina?

Jessica30839ParticipantIt depends on the transsexual and the vagina. I can; others can’t. I have a dear friend who is also post-operative, and she can, but not since she started Prozac. When I went for surgery, I didn’t care whether I ever had another ‘normal’ orgasm – there seem to me to be lots of ways to experience sensuality other than ejaculatory orgasm. I was fortunate in surgeon and results, but it was frosting and I was actually pretty surprised; I would have been terribly happy even if I could not come at all. I think that for most transsexuals, this is about deeply held feelings of self-in-body; it would be nice to come, but it isn’t the point. This process is full of compromises, and we do the best we can.
