My company manufactures penile implants, and I have talked with patients who have an IPP (Implantable Penile Prostheis). They say you can feel the implant, but as time goes along, the implant becomes part of you and you don’t notice it. The sexual partner won’t notice much of a difference, though the head of the penis does not get engorged with blood. The couple may have sex for a longer time, as the person with the implant has an erection as long as he keeps the device inflated.
