Karen26778ParticipantA successful day for me is one in which I’ve tried for personal excellence — whatever the job or personal interaction or lesson to learn, I really want to do my best and keep trying to improve. When I succeed, I feel rewarded. When I don’t, I decide to try again tomorrow. It’s very disconnected from exterior rewards and money and goals. By extension, if I keep this up day after day, year after year, I think I’ll have a successful life. The only down side I can see to this is that I’m a perfectionist and often fall way short.
