Director’s Paraphrase: Coco of Ohio has asked a question related to the state of his parents’ old neighborhood. When his parents were young, he states, the neighborhood was safe and clean. But later, after it became more populated with African Americans, it became what he terms ‘dangerous’ and was not kept up as well, and his parents felt the need to move to the suburbs. He would like to know any possible reasons there might be for why the neighborhood underwent the change.
