Why have some prominent blacks promoted the idea that it is all right for a black person to use the ‘N’ word, but it is not OK for non-blacks to use it? Not many years ago, we were told it was one of the worst words in the English language, but lately people such as Oprah Winfrey have preached it as acceptable if used by the right person.
