The B-Word Instead of Double A?

    If I am pointing out someone, I often use the word 'black' to indicate who they are, as opposed to African American. My African-American friends and white friends get mad, but I only say it for accuracy, because the person may b from Ethiopia, or Cuban American, etc. Is this criticism valid?
