No. On average, I would say Asian men are a little smaller than white guys, who are in turn on average smaller than black guys. But penis size is such a random thing I regard such averages as meaningless. There appears to be no correlation between penis size and one’s ability as a lover, however, at least in my humble experience. If given funding, I will happily continue my research. Maybe a better question is, ‘Do Asian men on the whole have smaller penises than men of other ethnic groups?’ The answer, I think, is yes, but the problem with generalizations is that sometimes people regard them as absolute – like ‘all white people have pale skin’ or ‘all black people have a sense of rhythm.’ Generalizations can be dangerous. I do think Asian men on the whole have smaller penises than men of other ethnicities, but, likewise, Asian women may have smaller vaginas than women of other ethnicities. This is my opinion, and I am an Asian American woman.

First off, I think that all guys pretty much have similar sizes except for black guys who have an obvious size advantage. However, I’ve talked about this. With most guys, even if you appear small, when you get aroused you can increase size by 500%-600%! Whereas with black guys, they don’t get any longer, just harder. Well, I am a latina, and i pretty much exclusively date asian guys. I always hear alot of white or black guys talking about this subject, but it is not entirely true. From what I’ve seen, asian penises are smaller when they are non-erect, but normal-sized or larger when erect. Black men normally are larger when non-erect than asian men, and so are most white men. I think this myth continues because possibly men of other races view asian guys when they are in the men’s room standing at the urinals, but they fail to take into account that that is the unerect size.

Yes, they do. At least in my experience. Japanese condoms are smaller than American ones. I think that helps one understand the matter more.

Many Asian men have small penises because of asian diet of tofu and other food made from soybean such as soy sauce. Soy is a natural source of the female hormone estrogen.
