Why do individuals and society have a problem with women who wish to remain single and child-less? I am a single woman who loves being single and childless. Yet, my friends always ask me questions like who am I dating, when am I going to ‘settle down’ and when am I going to have children. Some friends have gone so far as to suggest that I am a lesbian. I am happy for them with the relationships and marriages, so why can’t they be happy for me?
