I work at a ‘hang-out’ for many people, but I have noticed a lot of young black males are starting to wear nylons and nylon-type material over their heads. I am fearful that it is too easy for a person wearing a nylon cap to pull it over their face and rob me or my coworkers. I want to know where this practice started and if I should be concerned about anyone of any color doing this.
