[Befuddled]

Why are so many disabled people, especially the ones in wheelchairs, just downright rude and mean? Just the other week, someone at the department store was blocking an exit with his wheelchair although there was plenty of room for him to stop elsewhere. He ignored my first ‘Excuse me’ and gave me a mean look on the second one. I have also been run into by people in wheelchairs and have never received an ‘I’m sorry.’ I guess people might be bitter, but does that permit rudeness?
