My best friend and lover of 4 years has no inherent attraction to people, he is attracted to shoes. The players in his fantasies are actually SHOES…charcters which are very specific brands and styles of shoes but which have human actions and personalities. It is the only attraction he has ever known. I know shoe fetishes exist, but the practitioners are attracted to people, with the shoes acting as a ‘receptacle’ of sorts or acting as representations of their lover. But I have NEVER heard of a shoe fetishist not identifying with any orientation, or actually being attracted to and turned on by shoes. As I said, this person WAS my lover and was attracted to me, mainly because I was the first person to ever show him real love. He was not interested in intercourse, but we were sexual together. He has also had one sexual relationship with a woman, but mostly to get it out of his system and to be able to say he did it. But he doesnt find either men or women sexually attractive in the conventional sense. My question is…has anyone ever heard of a shoe fetish like this? I am just really curious to know if this kind of sexuality has ever existed before.
