I’m not trying to be rude or spiteful, but the other day I saw someone whoe was black, but his hands and some of the skin on his forearms were white. It didn’t look like he’d been burned or anything. Is this a medical condition or was he born like that?

It’s a medical condition in the Porphyria family which causes the melanin-producing cells in the skin to shut down in patches. This is what Freak-Boy Jackson claimed to have for a while. It’s called Vitilgo. BadKarma!
