I just read you Dare To Ask Column About Stuttering in the 2-7-06 Jacksonville Times Union. Growing up I stuttered all the time and had to take speech classes from First Grade through Sixth Grade. These classes helped big time; however, I still stutter once in awhile and appreciate it when someone helps me pronuniance a word. I will also jump to another stutterer’s defense when someone picks on them because I know how it feels to stutter.
