Penile implants have a sufficently bad track record of failure and complications that they aren’t even recommended as a treatment option by most reputable physicians unless the patient has had serious trauma which literally physically prevents an erection. Maybe you should examine why it is that you think penile penetration is the only possible form of sex, and seek psychiatric treatment for your issues.

I don’t know if most women are aware of this or not, but for many men impotency is a severe mark of shame. It would be like a man saying women should all get over their ‘nothing is wrong with me’ attitude and get breast implants for the sake of their partners.
