Do you think that people display more active racism when the minority racial population is higher in the city they reside. I.e., in Washington, DC, people are more racist towards African Americans because there is a higher proportion of them, while there is less racism towards Hispanics and Asians. Or, i.e. While in Los Angeles, people are more racist towards Hispanics and Asians then to African Americans. If so, why?
