Al28989ParticipantI have had these very small white bumps on the underside of my penis since as long as I can remember. I just assumed it is a normal thing, but my wife is curious. Is this normal? They look a little like sesame seeds, but smaller.

James20894ParticipantI hope it’s normal. I’ve got the same thing, but have often wondered if it’s normal or an infection of some sort, clogged pores or whatever, despite regular washing. The fact that it’s been like that for so long without change and that nothing has dropped off seems to say that this is not a problem!

Jenny30921ParticipantGo and see a doctor. Then you will know what it is and have it treated if necessary. Yes, it’s embarrassing. But lumps aren’t something you want to mess around with.

Ben S.ParticipantThey are probably sebaceous cysts (there’s one for the lispers!). If so, I’m pretty sure they are harmless. Get them checked at a Sexually Transmitted Diseases clinic if it eases your concerns.

Mark A.Participant…And when I went to the Dr. he told me they were hair folicles that hadn’t ‘sprouted’ yet. I think they went away at about 26. But to be sure, I agree with the other respondants. Get it checked.

JS26994ParticipantIt could be genital warts, which are an extremely common form of sexually transmitted disease among men and women. While warts are generally harmless for men, certain types have been identified by the medical community as having a cause/effect with cervical cancer in women. In any event, it is always wise to have anomalies such as this checked out by a physician … for you and your mate’s health.

bill23270ParticipantThey are called pearly penile pauples, supposed to be harmless and fairly common. supposedly harmless.

Tom24132Participantthe bumps are normal. they are places where hair could have grown. they have probably been there before you had sex, so they can’t be STDs. but if you are worried, just get them checked out by a doctor. many men do not have them, but that doesn’t mean there is something wrong with you.
