Michelle ScottParticipantIt is believed that there are 3 stages of heaven. The best one to go to is the Celestial Kingdom. To go to the Celestial Kingdom, you must abide by the standards set by the church. And you also have to repent for your sins. The second best is the Terrestrial Kingdom. To get here you have to abide somewhat to the standards. For example: If you are an alcoholic, and Mormon, and haven’t repented of this and tried to quit you go here. The third is the Telestial Kingdom. This is for souls that have broken one or more of the Ten Commandments. But to get to these kingdoms, you first go to either Paradise or Spirit Prison. Spirit Prison is more for people who haven’t been baptized into the Mormon religion. Those who go to Paradise are immediately judged for each of the three Kingdoms. To get out of spirit prison, a person that is living can get baptized for the other’s spirit in one of the many Mormon temples situated around the world. It becomes the spirit’s choice as to which they want to get out of Spirit Prison and become Mormon and go to Paradise to get judged. If you want more information, just look in your phone book for the nearest Mormon church so they can send missionaries your way. I hope I helped. 😀

JMParticipantThe Morman religion is basically a Protestant religion so they have the same beliefs as other Christian religions about Heaven and Hell. However, they also believe that if a couple is married in a Morman temple, they will be married for eternity as opposed to just for this lifetime. They will remain a family and continue to have children in eternity.

A-Clark27001ParticipantHeaven is the place where God lives and the future home of those who follow Him. The hope of our Heavenly Father and the goal of each person on this earth is to return to live with Him. This means that the opportunity to return to our Heavenly Father has been provided through the grace of our Savior, Jesus Christ. After we are resurrected we will be judged and rewarded for the things we have done in this life. Jesus Christ taught His Apostles that in His Father’s house are “many mansions” (John 14:2). Our loving Heavenly Father is anxious to reward all of His children according to their obedience to His commandments and their willingness to follow the Savior. Those who do these things and are worthy to return to the presence of God and Christ become “heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ” (Romans 8:17) of all that the Father has. They will return to live with Heavenly Father and with their families in His eternal glory. Those who choose not to follow our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ will receive a reward according to what they have done in this life, but they will not enjoy the glory of living in the presence of God. In the scriptures, hell is spoken of in at least three senses: (1) That condition of misery which results from disobedience to divine law, whether the individual acknowledges the consequences of their actions or not. (2) The condition of misery experienced by those individuals who did not repent while on earth and who will live in a world of spirits after their demise on earth. It is a temporary state of existence until they have repented and are resurrected and stand at the final judgment. (3) The permanent habitation of Satan and those who follow him and who have knowingly rejected and denied the influence of righteousness, goodness, and God their Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost.
