I have noticed that oftentimes when person who is involved with or married to a person of a different race than their own is in the news, the person’s spouse is usually not immediately shown. I am not speaking about celebrities. Those cases are as varied as the celebrities themselves. I am speaking about news items involving otherwise ordinary people, that more often than not will now show an interracial couple. It seems as that if the couple were of the same race, there would more readily be a family pose. Can someone explain this?
