How do mothers defend their sons who have been convicted of raping/killing women? How do they balance the love they have for their son with the fear and anger most women feel when seeing these monsters?

EvaHonestly, I can not see how a mother could defend her son for such a crime (rape/killing women). The mother should not have to defend her son for the crime he committed. He did the crime not the mother. Speaking from experience as a rape victim I strongly feel that it is not the mother’s place to tell me she is sorry for what her son has done to me. As far as the love goes I can careless if she loves him. The fear and anger will always live inside both the vitcim and the family. But if a mother can actually stand and defend her son of such a crime as rape or killing women then I ask if she need help for defending her son. Her son should be a man and take the responsibility of the crime that he committed and not his mother. There is no justifying their crime.

Eva, Honestly I can’t see how a mother could defend her son for a crime such as Rape/Killing Women. The mother should not have to appologize for the crime that her son committed Did the mother do the crime I don’t think so. Speaking from personal experience of being raped. I feel that the mother should not have to tell me day in and day out that she is sorry for the pain that I go through because of her son. As far as the love goes I can’t see a mother standing by her son for the crime, but then she gave birth to him and they say that parents love their children unconditionally. The anger and hatred for the man will always haunt the victim and her family because you never really get over what had happened to you. So as far as defending her son for the crime then I must ask or say she needs some serious help. There is no justifiying any type of crimes. As far as balance there is no way to balance love and anger for the man that committed these crimes.
