Of all the different European ethnic groups, why do the Irish tend to marry so late in life? I have never seen a married Irish couple in their twenties. Even JFK and his son married late.

i think you’ve just been unlucky in what you’ve seen. i live in ireland and over here couples are young – often under 25, and frequently under 20. i, as many of my irish friends, will get a bit worried if we’re NOT mrried by 25!!
