[Wondering]

Why do Japanese people only think blacks are a last class citizen even after all they they had to deal with in the United States. Most Japanese that I know feel blacks are not worth establishing professional or social relations with. They prefer whites, is that because they belive it will increase their status. I know many none whites that can do the same. Whats really going on
