I have not had it done, but have seen photos in a San Francisco piercing shop. It is done in a couple places: most common the underside of the head where there is extra skin (I think this is called a Prince Albert). The other location is through one or both ‘lips’ of the urethra. It is purported to provide more pleasure to both partners.
