Just-me27057ParticipantIf a married woman tells her spouse that she physically can’t have anal sex (I have hemorrhoids and he is very large. No lubricant makes a difference), should her husband occasionally try to work it into their sex life anyway? Is anal sex an important enough part of a person’s sex life that it can’t be omitted? Am I being a bitch by asking my husband not to hurt me? He says he does things for me in bed that I like (which he does), what about him? I will do just about anything except anal for him. I say it is ruining our marriage and putting so much stress on us, that I don’t even want him to touch me anymore, fearing he’ll try it again. He’s a wonderful husband, but this is ruining our marriage. I feel I can’t trust him anymore.

ShirleyAveryParticipantSounds like he’s a selfish bastard, esp. if you have hemorrhoids. Nobody should be forced to have sex that is painful or otherwise objectionable. If lack of anal sex is “ruining his marriage,” your well rid of the guy. Just Curious

DotParticipantBuy the biggest strap-on you can find, and tell him that suddenly YOU can’t stay married unless you plow HIS backside on a regular basis. Perhaps he’ll learn some patience. However, you really should talk to a doctor about your hemorrhoids. I would be frustrated too if my partner couldn’t fully enjoy sex because he/she refused to be treated for a health problem.
