Why is it that some people, especially it seems, lower class urban residents, feel the need to either drive cars or motorcycles whose motors are insanely loud, or blast music (oftentimes with incredibly strong bass) so loud that it shakes the car next to them? Do they not care that this noise really bothers other people?
