I love getting to know people who are different to me for the simple fact that they are different to me. For that reason I seek out people on the basis of those differences. But it seems to even acknowledge that someone is of a different race to you is regarded as politically incorrect. While people are entitled to their suspicions, I would still like to be able to express an interest in getting to know someone because they seem different to me. Is their any way of expressing interest in a Black person because they are Black without causing concern or discomfort?
