    If you would be willing to spend the rest of your life with her the way she is, then tell her you have no problem with her breast size. Personally, I’d have much more trust in and respect for her the way she is than if she had them enlarged. She’s clearly not suffering from deformity so any surgery is pure vanity. Maybe this is really a misplaced self-esteem issue. I think you’ve done the right thing. You’ve been honest without being frank. That’s called caring.

    NEVER criticize, even indirectly, a woman’s appearance! You should have been taught this when you were little, right after you were told never to hit a woman. If you think this is some sort of archaic, sexist rule, just imagine what it would feel like if a woman started criticizing the size of some of your body parts.
