ShirleyAveryParticipantRare, but possible. I think there was a famous basketball player who died of one. If there’s a history of heart attack in your family, be sure to tell your doctor. They recommend you take one baby aspirin (with food) each day to prevent a heart attack. Just Curious

DotParticipantHappens all the time, but less so now that medical technology is better. Unless the man in question was fasting, sweating, working out to lose weight (as a boxer or wrestler might), chances are he was just sitting on a time bomb that finally went off.
