I have noticed a trend since I have been going to college in Louisiana…It seems that most women leave the restroom without washing their hands after coming out of the stall. I think that I have noticed this because in Illinois it’s very uncommon to see someone not wash their hands after using the restroom. Is it just not taught to children in the south? Is it laziness? Is it not seen as an important aspect of hygene/cleanliness? Jessica, ULM student, RN, Chicago,IL
