    How can people believe in fundamentalist-style religion these days? We live in a culturally diverse society here in Australia (and in most of the Western world). How can we say we are right and other people we see every day are wrong? I think in the past religious fundamentalism thrived because of cultural isolation but people no longer have that excuse.
