I have noticed that my flatulation has become more noticeable as I have grown older. The odour and the noise are much more frequent than when I was younger. What is the gracious way to handle the silent, but deadly smelly ones? When I am alone, that is not a problem. However, I have had some pretty smelly ones that I’ve laid when alone in a room at work, but ten seconds later, someone walks in. Do I need to say anything? (There must be a gas leak here somewhere.)It is bad enough being in the elevator alone when it stops at a floor. Imagine a badly scented elevator arriving at a floor empty. Also, what foods should I refrain from eating, if anyone has any idea? Thank you.
