Not infrequently, during foreplay involving primarily manual and oral attention to my wife, her vagina will swell up inside to an incredible extent. This has always happened to me. I’m sure it’s a natural part of true arousal. Just as a penis fills with blood and swells, so does a vagina. The mechanics are pretty similar.
