I work in large Firm, the youngest in my group, I’ve recently been promoted to mangage the department of 100 personnel, this department consists of a mostly white males and females. It seems that; the caucasion men and women resent me being in the position of management. I’ve worked for all white foremans, and had not one poroblem. What makes this any different? Is it true that whites have a fear of being out done by over achieving non-whites, especially by African-American men. What’s the problem? I’m just trying to make a living a feed my family; just like anyone else.
