I recently watched an episode of Oprah, which had the mother of a celebrity (Jason Sehorn of the NY Giants) wearing a Star of David. As a suprise Mother’s Day Gift, her son presented her with a fancier Star made of diamonds and rubies. Now, this celebrity and his mother are devout, evangelical Christians, so I am a bit confused. Someone recently informed me that some evangelical and fundamentalist Christian groups wear Stars of David. Can someone explain why?
