I am deaf and would like to talk with someone. I have a problem with sentence structure and getting hearing people to understand me. I want to improve. Please let me know and send me an email.

Most colleges, either large ones or community colleges, should be able to offer some sort of services in order to help you out. You can also hire a tutor who can understand your needs.
