I recently met a man from Lebanon and we’ve contacted each other a few times. There’s mutual interest, but I’ve found a few of his statements to be a little overboard: calling me ‘honey’ right away, saying he missed me, etc. I’m from the Midwest and have had little contact with anyone from the Middle East before. Are Arabian men generally more forward, or do I have a special case on my hands? What can I expect? Anything’s appreciated; I have a pathetically limited knowledge of romance, Arabian-style.
