Question for the women: I sometimes wonder if, based on my current location (like a grocery store, for example), if a woman would be receptive to a conversation. Is it always OK to strike up a conversation with a woman you’d like to meet, regardless of the location, or should I just know that there’s certain places and times that are no good?
