Somebody posted that Filipinos smack their lips when eating. Is it rude? But hey,wait! !Which is more rude in restaurants and break rooms: The people who try to remove their phlegm (from their nose with a handkerchief) while others are still eating (and I know their race) or the ones who make slurping noise? Is removing phlegm while others are eating a cultural thing?
