My question is for people who were raised in church. I help head up a youth group. At one time most our kids were fresh off the street with no church background, as was I. Now, most our kids were raised in church. When you were growing up, did the grass look greener on the other side of the fence? Did you resent the pressure put on you by adults and your parents? If you stuck with the faith, what factors kept you in? If you rejected it, what caused you to do so? What do you wish you could have recieved from other people back then that you found lacking? I wish to know these things so that I may fully live up to my position (as a friend and a leader to the kids).
