[Confused]

Our school is announcing a career fair that is being put on by the ‘United Native Friendship Center’ Although it is not intended to be only for natives or their culture, the announcements have stated that ‘No Non-Natives are invited until after lunch’. I feel that this statement is not acceptable, especially for a high school. Am I correct? Isn’t there such a thing as reverse discrimination? Help me collect information to prove my points!
