Why do some inner city young black males like to bring their boombox stereos with them, walking slowly in crowded places in the city with loud rap music on? If they like listening their music, can’t they just put on a headphone? I think it is an inconsiderate behavior in public. Also, they turn the music so loud that their stereos can’t even give an optimal output quality of the music. You can barely hear the lyrics. I saw this kind of behavior in many other cities as well. Someone please help me to understand this behavior.
