In my Biology class in high school, my teacher once told us that the ‘Negroid’ race had a different heel structure than other races, which explains why they can run, and jump better. Is this scientifically true?

Yes there are some people in Africa, this is the only place I’ve heard of it, that do have a different heel structure and are able to run faster and easier. Although I’ve never heard of the “Negroid” race.
