I wonder why so many black women in music, movies and TV dye their hair in various shades of blond and keep it stick straight. Why are there far fewer black men who dye their hair and straighten it out? Why do so few black women keep their natural curly black hair? Don’t they like it? I find it irresistable and very cool. Do any blacks feel like their race is being sold out to the white blond beauty ideal by the actions of the others?
