Why do so many black neighborhoods have to be SO crime ridden? I am talking about violent crime. People wonder why whites FLEE when blacks start moving in and the property value goes down. Why does bad neighborhood also seem to mean black neighborhood? I am not talking about ALL black neighborhoods either just an awful lot of them. Why is this?
