Many whites nowadays feel that racism is dead and blacks are ‘whining’ when they talk about the racial injustices they still suffer. So, if everything is so equal, why does white culture insist on comparing things among blacks and whites through statistical data, something that usually puts blacks in a negative light, and whites in a positive one. If America is so equal, wouldn’t statistical data say, such-and-such percentage of AMERICANS are facing whatever problem?
