JoshParticipantAt my job the black people are always late. We had a problem in the office with people who were scheduled to be in for 8:30 am reporting to work 10-15 minutes late everyday. Our boss switched the start time to 9am so those who would come in late will now be at least 15 minutes early. The black people in the office took this as an excuse to leave home a little later, so now they report in at 9:15. If that’s not enough, some of them have the nerve to come in late with fast food breakfast in hand, OR leave to go get breakfast after a ‘late’ has been recorded! Is this a cultural thing with black people? It almost seems like they believe there is a 10-15 minute grace period after your report time. This is not the case. If you are suppose to be at work for 9, then be at work for 9. Don’t take the job if you have problems with the report time.
