Black Speak/White Speak

    I’ve noticed that in some other countries, a black persons speech is no different than a white’s. The English are a good example. Blacks and white’s sound the same. Why is it that in this country, blacks intentially use different speech patterns that deviate from correct english. Ie: aks v. ask, and D’s pronounced as T’s.
