My ‘Y’ question is this. Why are so many Black people hell bent on being alligned and doing business, ‘auto-deduct’ business, with the Democratic party? Clearly, after all that is going on in this country, we can see that the Democratic party has failed our communities with programs that never ‘taught them how to fish’. Those failing programs where they throw ‘fish’ at us, and the poor (who are more than likely a combination of Black and poor)haven’t worked in the beginning, and they aren’t working now. Why should the Republican party care about the needs of a people, a race of people, when that race of people chooses to exclude themselves entirely from the entire party? Why should the Democratic party care about the needs of a people, a race of people, when that group of people is going to vote primarily Democrat anyway…’Hell, they are set on auto-pilot to do it. Why should we (Democrats) waste cold hard cash on them, or address their needs?’ I don’t fault the Republican party for being disconnected with the Black or the poor, we have been invited to the party and have chosen to throw all the invitations in the garbage.
