Do men these days prefer ‘natural’ big breasts over implants, and why (or why not)? Or, are breasts just breasts to men, regardless of their make-up? I am a naturally, amply-bosomed female who would still like to believe men prefer traditional, natural breasts over artificial ones.

Intellectually, I don’t like the idea of fake or augmented breasts. But I notice that in practice, my visceral, instinctual response to the visual stimulus of seeing attractive breasts is exactly the same to me, regardless of whether I know how real the breasts are. I must admit I have never had tactile relations with fake or augmented breasts, so I can’t speak to the relative quality of them as compared to real, unretouched breasts.
